About Lighthouse

Born out of a vision of Jesus

Lighthouse Educational Ministries was born out of a vision to minister to and prepare those incarcerated for release with referrals to after-care services.

Lighthouse empowers men and women through the knowledge of God, life-skills, educational tools, work projects, and job placement to encourage productive living with stability, accountability and a commitment to family and community.

We use proven 12-Step Christ-centered programs combined with well-established recovery programs and counseling. The Lighthouse team is dedicated to broken-hearted individuals and their families by showing sincere compassion to meet as many needs of each inmate, parolee and family member as possible.

Long-term changes continue to result from our ministry efforts as inmates grow to become productive, law-abiding citizens. See us in action visit our gallery.
